Christkindlmarkt 2024 General Vendor Information
The mission of Christkindlmarkt SLC (CKM) is to connect and serve the community through a magical, cultural celebration of Christmas. CKM’s motto is “Putting the KIND in ChristKINDlmarkt.” Christkindlmarkt SLC is a 501(c)(3) and is run by a volunteer organizing committee who receives no compensation for their efforts.
Important Dates:
Applications are accepted between February 1st and May 17.
Late applications will be accepted from May 17 to May 31. Late applicants will be charged a $50 late fee, if accepted.
Vendor selection announced by July 1st.
Booth & Electrical Fees due upon acceptance.
Final instructions will be emailed in mid-October.
The 2024 market is open December 4th - December 7th from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Refund Deadline:
Before August 15th: full refund
August 15th - September 15th: 50% booth & electrical package fee
After September 15th: no refund
Booth options: (We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee you will be placed in the booth that you request)

Vendor Fees: (Booth fees + % of net sales + electrical package):
Booth Fees:
$150 (regardless of booth option)
Percentage of Net Sales:
10% net sales (gross sales less tax) PRODUCT BOOTHS
15% net sales (gross sales less tax) FOOD BOOTHS
Electrical Package:
Due to the high electrical needs of our vendors, This Is The Place Park will provide large industrial type generators to supply power needs. Food trucks will have the option to use their own generators. Any food trucks who need to be plugged in overnight will need to buy an electrical package. All other Individual generators are prohibited. Vendors with additional electrical needs need to purchase an electrical package.Basic Package (Free): This will accommodate vendors who need an outlet to plug in Christmas lights
Intermediate Package ($250): This will accommodate vendors who have three or fewer appliances and will cover 4500 watts of power
Supreme Package ($500): This will accommodate vendors with four or more appliances and will cover 9000 watts of power
Jurying Process:
Christkindlmarkt SLC is looking for unique products preferably with a European flair. Products do not need to be handmade. A jury committee will review applications and select vendors based on uniqueness of product, market fit and past vendor’s sales.
